Volunteer Manager of The 21st Summer Deaflympics Taipei
I was a volunteer manager of the Basketball Competition. This was my first time to lead and arrange such a large group (about 300 volunteers) to keep the competition running smoothly. I learned to cooperate with people from different backgrounds and to handle pressure in the high-tension environment. Since this experience, I am not afraid of facing any challenge.
